Once we have agreed upon our deliverables and timeline, we will have our onboarding team turn their focus to implementation.

This will often involve spending time with your employees to drill-down into their existing workflows and business processes. In some cases, the implementation phase may require making changes to existing systems or procedures. There may also be some "clean up" or conversion of historical data, in order to be best positioned to capture and present accurate and timely information moving forward.

During the execution phase of the plan, we will keep management informed of our progress, including sharing any findings that have an impact on the original goals or objectives. If any changes in the plan, scope, time-frame or cost are necessary, they will always be discussed with management as early as possible and prior to changing course.
