Rise Consulting Group ("RCG") understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the personal information that you may provide to RCG as you access and use the materials on RiseCG.com (the "Site"), including any subscription pages on the Site. Information that you provide in response to any request for information, or through RCG’s Careers Page application processes, will also be treated in accordance with this Policy. In this written Policy, RCG describes our commitment to privacy. RCG may, in its discretion, amend this Policy from time to time. 1. Information That We Collect, and How We Use It 
 
RCG collects information from our users, when they visit the Site, request copies of publications, seek additional information regarding our services or employment opportunities, or register for RCG -sponsored events. Some of RCG’s registration, enrollment and other forms may ask users to provide contact information, unique personal identifiers, financial information, or other demographic information. We may use this data to assess candidacy and qualifications for employment with RCG. We sometimes aggregate demographic information for internal purposes, so that we may better understand the user population of our Site and identify subject areas of interest. RCG also may conduct user surveys on the Web, which usually are intended to provide RCG with information on a number of areas, such as user identity, interests and whether the Site content is relevant to user needs. Each employee or contractor having access to any PII is obligated to maintain its confidentiality. Although we take steps that are generally accepted as industry standard to protect your PII, RCG cannot guarantee that your PII will not become accessible to unauthorized persons.

RCG’s Site may contain links to external sites, which sites are not governed by this Policy. RCG does not take responsibility for the privacy practices of any third party sites to which we link. 7. Social Media 
 
You may choose to engage with us through social media websites such as LinkedIn and Facebook. If you do, RCG will be able to access basic account information from your social media profile, such as name, e-mail address, photo, gender, birthday and other demographic information. Each social media website has its own policy for sharing information with companies. To learn more about their practices, you should carefully review their privacy policies. 
 
8. Compliance with the Law 
 
RCG complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. RCG may be compelled to surrender personal user or client information to legal authorities without express user consent if presented with a court subpoena or similar legal or administrative order, or as required or permitted by the laws, rules and regulations of any state or other applicable jurisdiction. Also, in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of use of this Site or a violation of any restrictions on use of materials provided in or through this Site, we may disclose personal user information to our affected business partners or legal authorities. 
 
9. Change and/or Delete Information 
 
You may access, correct, update, and/or delete as the case may be, any PII you submit to RCG through this Site or through other means. To do so, please either follow instructions on the page of the Site on which you have provided such information or subscribed or registered or contact us at info@risecg.com. 
     
10. Children 
 
RCG understands the importance of protecting children's privacy, particularly in their online interactions. This website is not designed for and does not intentionally target or solicit to children under 13 years of age. RCG, therefore, requests that no such information be submitted to us.
